Progressive International Progressive Prepworks I bought a new food chopper that did not work at all Kent Washington

 I bought a new food chopper that did not work at all  and contacted the company. I was sent an email by V Jennings  asking for photos and I sent her one of the food chopper and the box that it came in. She stopped contacting me. I contacted her second time but to no avail. I do not recommend buying their products because you do not want to go through this hassle.

I bought this quite  sometime ago and had put it away with its box when I first bought it and it did not work. I was showing it to a group of friends that I had over for a dinner and one of them suggested that I contact the company. I did not see their website in the tiny print on the Bottom of the box so I have just now reached out to them only to find that they really don't care.
