I am an invester in the movie La Linea through Shoreline Motion Pictures. This company along with Ronin Film and Media Group as well as Project One Inc. is not paying the investors when there contracts are due. Mine is 90 days    past due. They owe me owe over 130,000 dollars. The Lock Box has been established. The movie has been released in at least 14 countries, but no one is paying. I have read the U.C.C. agreement which states that the investors get paid first. Tim Cho, Dennis Cox and the rest of the names on the other similiar complaints keep us in the dark. Ronin is the big player in this, but Project One and Ronin seem to be either imcompetant or weaving a purposefull tapestry of confusion. There needs to be an immediate class action involving the 60 plus individual investors before this money disappears. There is a criminal investigation going on involving a number of these men but that won't get us paid. Everyone involved on all three fronts needs to rise up. We are talking about 8 million dollars(rough estimate). Part of me believes Ronin is legit, but something is not right about the whole thing. This is a quality movie and the first two quarters should be in the Lock Box. It is impossible to contact Dennis Cox or anyone at Shoreline. Tim Cho keeps telling me to be patient like I am an idiot for wanting my money. My contact at Ronin seems to be an honest man who is as frustrated as many of the investors because of the lack of cash flow. This cries out fraud!! If other investors read this, dear God please speak up!!!!

Project One Films - Shoreline Motion Pictures contract diffault Los Angelas California

I am an investor in the movie "La Linea" through Shoreline Motion Pictures.  This company along with Ronin Film and Media Group as well as Project One Inc. is not paying the investors when their contracts are due.  Mine is 90 days past due.  They owe me over $130,000.  The Lock Box has been established.  The movie has been released in at least 14 countries, but no one is paying.

I have read the U.C.C. agreement which states that the investors get paid first.  Tim Cho, Dennis Cox and the rest of the names on the other similiar complaints keep us in the dark.

Ronin is the funding aspect of this venture with Shoreline being a smaller piece and Project One not so much involved in the financial aspect.  Having said that though, Ronin and Project One do not seem to be in agreement of the proper and timely dispersment of funds.  In other words, the investors are not being paid when thier contracts are due.

There needs to be immediate action taken, perhaps legally to protect these funds in the Lock Box so the investors monies will not fall into the wrong hands.  They say this can't happen, but with this group of individuals no one can be trusted.

There is a criminal investigation going on involving a number of these men but that won't get us paid.  Everyone involved on all three fronts needs to rise up.  We are talking about 8 million dollars (rough estimate).

I believe Ronin is trying to do the right thing, but for some reason something does not feel right.  This is a quality movie and the first two quarters should be in the Lock Box.

It is impossible to contact Dennis Cox or anyone at Shoreline.  Tim Cho keeps telling me to be patient like I am an idiot for wanting my money.  My contact at Ronin seems to be ans honest man who is as frustrated as many of the investors because of the lack of cash flow.

This whole thing cries out some aspect of fraud!!  If other investors read this, please speak up, and I pray to God that Project One will respond to my emails to help clear up this problem.  Once this is cleared up, the proper information will be posted and all interested parties will no longer be left in the dark.
