ProMed - Promed Personnel - Cary Weiss Lie, Cheat, Steal, Sexual offense, falsify records, etc Miami Florida

I am an employee of Pro-med in St. Petersburg and not all Pro-meds are created equal.  I work for the most upbeat, positive people I've ever met.  They are truely honest, hardworking and will do everything they can to get you work.  The pay is great and it's given on time, no problems.  If you are a hardworker and honest, St. Pete Pro-med is for you!!

It's a shame but usually when someone gets let go they have something nasty to say about the boss and in this case it's Cary Weiss. I am currently employed at ProMed and I have seen slackers come and go. We hire people for sales and if they don't produce they are let go. Just as any other business that deals sales would. The fact is not everyone is cut out for sales and it is a tough area to be in. Bottom line is that you couldn't pull your own weight. All the tools are given to our sales people and they are spoon fed the leads and the means to finalize the deals. It doesn't get any easier than this.

Get over it, you just didn't cut it and now you want to ruin some bodies reputation because you are now unemployed. ProMed is a successful company that helps people in the medical industry find jobs. Someone stated that ProMed doesn't have an HR department. Well that's because ProMed is an HR dept for all the major hospitals, clinics and private practices. We are HR Duh if you worked here long enough you would know. ProMed screens everyone of its Medical Staff and puts them through a series of competency tests. And those aren't cheap; we have the bills to prove it.

Get your story straight. This wouldn't stand up in a court of law. You have a bunch of different titles here, Lie, Steal, Cheat, Sexual harassment, falsify records, and etc. There are multiple claims here is he all of them. Did he really lie to you, and steal from you, and cheat you, and sexually harass you? Way too many claims here which one is it?

Find another job you obviously didn't cut it here and you obviously are still unemployed if you have this much time on your hands. Or maybe you are working and surfing the internet and doing things out of your job responsibilities, which maybe one of the reasons why you got fired.
In my time here I have not witnessed any sexual harassment nor have I witness any of the other acts the so called victim claims.

I agree with the majority of the statements made by DeadbeatBossAvenger. I worked for this company. This company has a lot of talent and great employees, but the owner, Cary Weiss, is new money with no concept on how to treat people. There is no HR Department for a reason. And, the stories that the employees tell you about him would make you cringe! The internal employees are treated TERRIBLE, & an employee even had a nervous breakdown in his NY office where an ambulance had to be called. Anyone who gets fired from there should be THRILLED!!! You won't know how good you feel until you are free from the negative, demeaning, cruel lowlife! I don't want to get too personal on what I have been advised about him, but he should really invest in his employees or at least get himself a therapist that can attempt to fix him (even though I think a lobotomy would be the only cure!). Like I said, there are a lot of good people working for him, but he does have his little minions that think they control the world, too! Don't worry, with the way he treats people and his new money running thin, I give this company less than a year in the Florida market... So, be careful if you are thinking of taking a position within this company! Actually, run for the hills and never look back!
