I bought a software from PROMOSOFT CORPORATION to fix error on my computer but their download link is full of virous and cause my system to crash,had to restore complete system with the help of microsoft and paid fees for that service.

I had requested refund but only contact is through live support with agents who know nothing and reapt their answers over and over that they request refund for me,but at same time I get email from someone called superviosor saying that the company assume that my proble is fixed and no reund!!!

I have looked the address and phone number to try call somone, but the phone number is not correct.

I have called visa security to report their action and open case against them.

Alo found this site which have some other victems like me with fack and fraudent company.

pepole be aware and please advise everyone you know about this SCAM (PROMOSOFT CORPORATION)
