After calling them and getting instructions from them, I sent back a 1/2 zip fleece pullover that had a broken zipper. I paid the shipping. I never heard from them. Finally, I emailed them to see if I would be getting a replacement pullover, or a refund. I got the run around. I apparently have been ripped off.
