Decided to return item that was in the return policy deadline. Was told by customer service to return and I would immediately get a refund. Returned and now they claim they never received item. Sad that some businesses would rather steal $70 from someone than do the right thing. Stay away from this site. Better off going with a known trusted site. Needs to be shut down
