I ordered a Proseal from this company Mar 19, 2006 thinking I would receive the product in 3 to 4 weeks. Didn't happen. I finally called them to check on the product May 19, 2005 and they told me it was on back order. Called the next day and they saided it had been shipped three weeks earlier. I then ask for a refund and she told me I would have it in 7 to 10 business days.
I called several times in Jun 2006 and they kept telling me about their refund department had lost data and they would have it fixed by the end of June. I called several times in July and they kept pushing the date back to two more weeks. I have reported these ripoff artist to the Attorney General of NY and the BBB and FTC. I called them this morning and they put me on hold and never did answer the phone.

Proseal Changed the 800 number to contact them by

Proseal has changed their 800 number. The old number 800 716 9658 is now 800 716 8667. However this morning I called that number several times and was put on hold to final have someone to hang up on me. I tried 3 different times. I called the 212 354 4910 number also again and the lady that answered promised me she would call me back that was 6 hours ago hmmmmmmm more lies and deceptions..

Number is 212-354-4910. I tried this number and the first time was successful. But apparently they got my caller ID and then refused to answer any more of my calls. I wished I had turned my caller ID off before calling.
Hope everyone is determine as I am to bring these ripoffs to some kind of justice
