I applied for a payday loan at last chance payday loans, which i was denied and then several days later 33.98 was withdrawn out of my account. I contacted the bank and they gave me an 866 number to call and so i did. they told me they would cancel my account and to go online to apply for a refund. After doing this they said it would take up to 72 hours to get the refund, now they have told me that it was not fraud , but user error and i would not be getting my refund. this is horrible. i did not authorize this and would not have. due to them taking this money out of my account i was unable to buy food for my children and had to go to pantrys to make ends meet. i am very upset and am not sure how to get my money back..
