First of all, please do not trust or do any business with Tony Chuks Awunor. He is a very difficult person to deal with in the first place.

He first contacted me accusing me of not delivering a product to him and he wanted a refund. After talking with him, i find out he isn't even talking about our company instead, he purchased a software from a competitor's site. After about an hour of explaining to please go to their site to request your refund, he will not budge.

HE INSISTS that he will file report after report online about me and my company if I don't give him a refund. I tested him to get him to say what he really wanted, HE WANTED A FREE SOFTWARE FROM US! and If I didn't give him what he want he threatened to post on sites over and over and over under different names.

I am not making this up or exaggerating it, I HAVE IT ON SKYPE LOGS!

Big threats, and as business owner the last thing I need is someone posting negative information about our company, especially when it's untrue and uncalled for, just to get a free software.

After many many many hours of chatting on skype and on the phone and explaining over and over, I thought we finally came to an agreement.

I fixed a software he has installed from the competitors, I even helped him get back into good standing with the company he purchased his software from (apparently he gave them this same ultimatum as well, and even posted comments about them because they did not comply with this threats or extortion), but to no avail.

After spending hours fixing his software, creating new software modules for him and only charging him 25% of what i would cost normally, HE WOULD NOT PAY!!!!!!

NO KIDDING!!! I have this on skype logs too!!!..

I even created an API integration to a merchant provider for him and he was so very happy (after I helped him re-install his server even). Until he got word that the merchant provider did not approve him of his account.

He then proceed to blame me, if you can believe that. He says I did the integration wrong. To prove how difficult he really is to work with, here is copy of the email he got from the merchant provider

We are not setting you live so I am not sure why you keep requesting that. We will certify your software with our gateway, then your clients can use us to process payments seamlessly through PumaPay. We will be setting your clients live not PumaPay.

We understand your business model well; however, we cannot set you live with a MID for your own processing. Please let me know if you need further clarification or if you have any questions.

This is truly unbelievable. I don't know what else to do. After doing hours and hours and hours of work, not being paid, and this guy still threatens me again. I cannot keep quite any more. This guy needs to be stopped.

After helping him without being paid, he threatens to call me a scammer? What is this world coming to.

Should a business owner who is trying to make a good living stand for this kind of extortion?

I am posting this message for everyone to know what type of person this guy is. And should I lose clients because of these unfounded allegations, at the least i have this message to show.

I helped him get his site back online, his server setup, I created a new software module for him, create an API integration, and fixed his messed up script.

Because his merchant denied him of an account, he said he will not pay me until I create another integration with another merchant provider and that the works I did for him did not count because he was denied of the merchant account.

He is now extorting me to fix and create more things for me or else he will go online and post many negative about me and my company as well as post and pretend to be many different people just to flame.

He scammed me by not paying his bills and he's attemping to scam me some more if i don't do work he wants done.

Do not trust this person.

This company is been Operated by a know scam person, called Kirby Manuel Jamie Borah everything he has writen tony chuks awunor is false and fabrications. Here in Ripoff, there has been many report about the same person ,Jamie
Borah has scammed many people, allways comes up with different names and websites opening different site every year to to scam people

This man called Jami bora He is also Know with many names. Kebi manuel. allclonesgroup.com Ligayasoftware, paypalclone.. I paid this Guy $5000 for payment site,took him one month to deliver,thereafter, installations was a problem too.He will give all manners of excuses

We purchased his software all most 1 year ago and are still waiting for a working copy. For the first year it was excuse after excuse. Do NOT believe him! I have talked to others and researched his tragedies and they never happened.

Beware that he is also working on a Western Union clone that he already has taken Investor money for. He is tied in with the www.ligayasoftware.com fiasco where he and another ripped off dozens of Investors and left for the
Phillipines. Just do a search for "Kirby Manuel" and or "PayChest" allclonesgroup.com rdgsoftware.com in any search engine.

Kirby (Jamie Borah)will sell you the software, charge you for everything he does and then when things go wrong or when you figure out it doesn't work, he will make excuses of Deaths in his family, Hurricanes, etc. he has Dosens of website, now this is his latest website www.ligasoftware.com using a different name Jamie Borah

He has told 4 different people that 4 different relatives have died all within a few months. All were different stories regarding the same relative! The hurricane he claims caused him to disapear for 5 months didn't even hit the area of the Philippines he was in. these are is his usual stories For those of you who have also been ripped off, here is all of the info we could produce:
