Pure Energy Labs - usaveonpills.com did not cancel future shipment, no reponse to any requests, ripoff Oklahoma City Oklahoma

Below is a detailed timeline of what I have been dealing with. It all started with an email for a "free trial" of Phentrazine 37.5

Dec 14 2006: Place order for "free trial"
Dec 22 2006: Received "free trial"
Dec 28 2006: Spoke with a Shannon Mcgrew regarding how to cancel (within allowed 20 days). Shannon confirmed that I had 7 days left on my "free trial" period.
Dec 28 2006: submitted a "ticket" requesting that all future orders be cancelled (within my 20 days)
Dec 31 2006: Requesedt a verification that all future orders had been cancelled
Jan 1 2007: Reconfirmed that I wanted ALL future shipments to be cancelled
Jan 4 2007: PE Labs III charged my credit card for $149.95---much more than the cancellation fee I was told would be assessed (the fine print that they still wont provide me with).
Jan 5 2007: Inquired about the charge on my credit card -with no response from the company and I still had not received confirmation regarding cancellation of future orders and again requested that all future shipments be stopped (no response to this request).
Jan 8 2007: Still requesting confirmation of cancellation with no response.
Jan 9 2007: Received a letter from a collection company for the amount of $296. Requested info from the company as to what I had not paid for. They have yet to respond.
Jan 10 2007: Still no response from the company (PE Labs III)
Jan 11 2007: Sent another request to have this matter resolved.

I have all paper work and verification of the above dates and requests. PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

Where do I go from here? :)
