Pure Life Dietary Supplements This company took my money out of my account and has false advertistments. Tampa Florida

Please do not order from this company. I ordered the Garcina Cambogia and paid $4.95 for the pills, and $9.95 for shipping and handling /taxes. The company charged and took $79.95 out of my account without my authorization.

I called the company to demand a refund and told them I will send the product back. The first customer service rep I spoke with was very, very rude and told me it was a 14 day trial and after that I will be charged. I told her that I was not informed of a 14 day trial and it is not listed anywhere on the website. She said it is in the “little writing.”

The customer service rep said the company does not give out refunds. I told her I would report this to my bank and she said since you said this on recording, I will not give you a refund. She said I could have given you 35% of your what you paid but now I cannot. I asked if I could talk to her manager and she said I could not because I said I would report it to my bank. I demanded to know her name and she talked over me constantly saying “no, I cannot give you my name because you said you were going to call your bank.”

Finally after at least 30-35 times of me asking for her name and to speak with a manager , she transferred me to Alex. Alex (manager) apologized and explained that the 14 day trial is listed in their terms and conditions. But this is nowhere on the website. He said that he would give me 35% of my what I paid and if I reported it to my bank, then the bank would make me pay the full amount. Regardless, I will dispute charges with my bank as soon as possible. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY (PURE LIFE CARE). IT IS A COMPLETE FRAUD.
