purediethealth.com forskolin Company is claiming I signed up for a trial period and agreed to continuous payments/shipments when indeed I did not. Provo Utah

I paid for a one-time only shipment of their product only after extensively scouring the webpage to ensure there were no strings attached. After receiving and trying the product (bogus diet pill claims - I should have known better) I wrote it off as lesson learned. About a month later I received an email that my recent order had shipped.  

Since I had placed no such order I contacted the company only to be told that I had agreed to ongoing periodic shipments since I did not cancel my trial within 14 days. I see NOTHING on the original website that mentions anything about a 14 day trial nor the supposed requirement to cancel within 14 days. They did indeed send an unsolicited second order and charged me $79.99. I refused shipment but they will not reverse the charges to my credit card.

How do companies continue to get away with this? What is our recourse?
