 Very similar to any ripoff report on Vydox which I believe is the parent company. I received an email touting a male enhancement pill. When I clicked on it there was a 30 day trial for $4.95 which I took on March 10 according to their files I called on the 29th to cancel the monthly charge only to discover while on hold that my account had already been charged 89.99 on the 28th. I was then told by a heavily accented (Hispanic) service rep that in the terms & conditions that it stated that there was a 14 day trial and the latest charge was non-refundable but he'd cancel future charges. I explained to him that there wasn't ANY indication of a 14-day trial. We went back and forth then I asked to speak to a manager who I was told was busy with other customers. I told him I would wait and was hung up on. I called again and got another heavily accented (African) rep named Paul. He gave me the same spiel and said he would cancel my account which was odd because prior rep supposedly had already done so. I told him I went back to the website where there wasn't ANY mention of 24 day trial BUT a mention of 30 day money back guarantee. That I was told only applies to damaged or defected products. I asked for manager and was told they are all busy with other customers (of course!). I was told I would be called back within 24 hours but am not holding my breath.
