QSL Tenders misleading scam Leicestershire, United Kingdom

QSL are in the business of conning honest companies. Upon an ex-employee of my company falling trap to their misleading scam, I have now been presented with a bill of 954.00 for a service I have no use for.

Upon entering the website, www.qsl-tenders.co.uk screams of its free service, reassuring customers that NO CREDIT CARD DETAILS ARE REQUIRED, only to hide its real terms and conditions out of site. This untrustworthy company, QSL, is completely misleading and ambiguous in its terms and conditions.

As well as deceiving visitors to believe their service is free, QSL Tenders also apparently forgets to stress that unless customers cancel their free trial within the four weeks, they will be liable to pay for a whole years worth of the service- one which offers no real benefits.  

What shocked me most about the service Con artists, QSL-Tenders `offer` however, was not the misleading nature of their offer, nor the fact that they do their best to shroud their terms and conditions, but the lack of security required to spend such an extensive amount of money.

QSL Tenders requires nothing more than an email address and the tick of a box to confirm authorisation- an action that anyone with access to the internet could perform. It astounds me to believe that a dishonest agency like QSL Tenders can  get away with `selling` a service worth nearly a 1000 without the permission of someone in authority. I was completely unaware of this transaction, yet have been presented with an inordinate bill accompanied by a letter from QSL stating that if no purchase order details are entered we have the right to assume that none are required.

This to me seems like a fast track way to cheat companies out of their money. The letter from QSL-Tenders also highlights the fact that the company details entered were authorisation enough to demand nearly a thousand pounds for a service we do not need. If this is the case, what would be to stop me entering another companys address and telephone number and clicking a box to claim authority?

Im writing this to prevent other honest, hard-working companies from falling foul of this appalling scam from QSL Tenders and to raise awareness of how easy it is to become the victim of such a con.  I have no intention of making the payment QSL demands, and am seeking legal advice on taking the matter further.
