Quality Auto Parts Chicago IL Buick Shock Absorbers, wrong shocks shipped twice,then coil springs instead of shocks Chicago Illinois

October 04,2013 ordered ordered rear shock absorbers for 2008 Buick Lucerne CXS from Justin. First shipment of shock absorbers came in lacking proper fittings on top.  Called Lucas said to return parts and sent RMA.  Stated that he would replace parts and would call back with information.  Never called.  Replacement parts arrived again without proper fittings on top.  Called Abigail about problem.  Sent pictures of fitting for reference also cc'd Sapan Shahani C.E.O. Received another RMA to ship parts back.  Never a call back from Abigail.  My UPS emailed me informing of new shipment.  Shipment arrived.  I opened carton to find Coil Springs and no Shocks.  Emailed Abigail with pictures of what I had received.  Abigail called and left me voice mail saying she was confused about the problem.  Sent another email to Abigail requesting a refund of the $533.00 plus $76.00 shipping cost for the returned products.  No response.  Called Abigail, was told not in building, spoke with Lucas instead after some discussion about what spring strength i needed and not making him understand that I did not order Coil Springs but Shock Absorbers and I couldn't make him understand that there were no coil springs on these shock absorbers all he did was keep telling me that I was wrong. He finally agreed to refund the $533.00 but not the $76.00 for having to ship back thier screw ups because that was my problem but wouldn't issue refund until latest screw up was returned at my expense.  I received and email from Lucas on their form stating that they would be refunding only $530.00 and not the $533.00 he had agreed to.  So far no refund. On November 28,2013 I sent email to C.E.O. Sapan Shahani outlining everything that transpired asking for a resolution to this problem.  I got the same response as from his subordinates NONE.
