Problem:Yes... I have been calling and leaving messages for a refund back to my account without any response except for people being rude over the phone... they say I have told you several times they will call you this is just a message line ...or our refund policy is with in the 3 day period you must call back for the refund... I did call back on the Sunday after they called and solisited me for money... NO ONE HAS CALLED ME BACK... I did have one call and man names Michael who did nothing but question me about my money budget at home and how much money was I goina invest... I told him I already invested the amount of $39.95..and he made it sound like that was nothing and I would get another call from someoneelse who handles low management persons... I asked him what did he mean low management persons.. he said well mame you are low on the amount invested so you will get persons who do not really care and will not push for your investments... really someone who really doesnt care for low life persons investments... Well I was upset in what he said .. and asked him for a refund.. he said he will put it down on his page and for me to call the office and leave a message and someone will call me back... no one has called except one man saying I will not get a refund cause I have not let them know in the 3 day time range... I told him of this Michael and he said he would check into it and call me back that same night 9-13-11.. hav not heard back so I call them back and got the same rude person.. she can't help me nor can she transfer me to a supervisor or anyone els to talk with only her she said... They want to cut me short off the phone by saying all these things and goodbye .. trying to sound like I am stupid and gettin me off the phone quickly.. I want my refund back into my account now.. cause no one seems to care at all except to get me off the phone fast....Runaround on complaints and almost hang up on me also.
