Quality Property Management QPM of Medford - Robert Rood owner Broke all laws Medford Oregon

I rented a storage unit from Quality Property Management. My wife passed away from cancer and I got behind on my rent. I made numerous attempt to contact them and let them know what had happened. All I ever got was voice mail. They never returned any of my calls. I also was diagnosed with cancer and when I finally got ahold of someone there they told me that they had sold all of my belongings.Most of wich belonged to my wife and can never be replaced. I asked why did they not return my calls and was told they would look into it. I asked about being notified and was given Letters with the wrong address on them. I also asked for a copy of the required by law post from the paper and was told they could not find it. When I asked who they sold it to and about the money I was do back I was told the manager was not in. These are the same people who took my friends payment and 5 days latyer sold all her belongings. PLEASE do not do business with these people. J.R. Mxxxxxx
