QUEENS KIA GIUFFRE, GIUFFRE KIA BAIT AND SWITCH, Internet

This dealer ship uses bait and switch tactics. Please do not patronize them at any cost. They take deposits on cars that do not exist. then make you wait for hours while telling you lies. I have been buying cats for 40 years and never have seen such horrible treatment of consumers..  IN SHORT I called on a Kia Soul with vin number I found on auto trader. I told the sales animal that i was driving 2 and a half hours to see the car and that I wanted to buy it that day.

They assured me the car was there and that I could drive it. I get to the dealer and , no car. they said somone was driving it over from another lot. I waited a hour and then they said the lot closed early and they coukd show me car. I told them I wanted to put a deposit on the car and they drew up the paper work after 2 more hours. When I finally demanded to see a manager he came over and said the car was just sold at his other dealership. Itsa month later I writee this review and the Kia soul is still on Auto Trader. This is Illegal and they should be closed down.
