Quicken Loans, Inc. Corporate Bullying Detroit Michigan

I'm not going to say a whole lot here, because I am still debating legal action. I am going to give brief details.

I have worked for this company for over a year and a 1/2. I had an issue back in February of this year (2013) that involved a Team Leader (Boss) and some other co-workers that I needed to take to the Pulse (our HR). I am a single mother with a 5 year old little boy and I live an hour from Detroit where I work. I have always made my monthly production goal over and beyond for the last year and a 1/2 and even got a raise last month and good performance review. However, since February of this year, I have been harassed in more ways than you can possibly imagine by my Team Leaders, their Boss, etc. in more ways than I will note on here; however, I have kept a log of every single thing....recorded. Since February I started having panic attacks for fear of losing my job due to the HR thing and because of the non-challant harassment I was experiencing...it started off small and got more often and more obvious when it appeared I was ignoring the attempts of the harassment. I finally became so sick that I applied for short-term disability, which was denied through my company. Remember, I have a 5 year old and I am here in a state all alone, no family, just my little boy and I and no support, family or otherwise and it is just my income. My panic attacks become more violent and my general doctor referred me to a psychiatrist. Long story short, as of November 1st, after a verbal warning two days before because I had only 16 hours of vacation time and 9 hours of sick time left, I resigned from the company. Being a healthy Mommy for my little boy was far more important to me than working at a job that was making me miserable and both physically and emotionally ill. Now, if I have to work 2-3 jobs where I'm happy and healthy, then at least I can be happy and healthy for my little boy and he will see that.
