My wife and I own an Insurance Agency, and we purchased ($1100.00) the services of Next Level Marketing. Once they had our money, we had nothing but problems. Too much to list.
Aside from urging people to not use their services, I am ultimately writting this to let other victims know that we were able to get our money back. After months of trying to contact NLM Inc., with no success, I went down to my bank (Chase), and asked what they could do for me.
The very helpful representative arranged for our money to be returned based on the fact that NLM Inc. did not perform the services according to the contract. Within 24 hours the money was back in our account. NLM Inc. had 48 hours to dispute the transaction, but they did not. I hope this information is helpful, and you are able to get your money back as well. Good luck!
