R and L Embroidery Does not tell the truth/does not fulfill orders Phoenix Arizona

I have been lied to at least 5 times by owner, Richard of R and L Embroidery. In mid July I ordered shirts to be ready for pick up on August 1. I called him several times toward end of july but he did not return calls until July 30. He called me and told me the shirts were ready and sitting in a box on the counter. On Aug 3 I went to pick them up. They were not ready. Lie #1. He told me they would be ready in 90 minutes. And that he only had 8 shirts left to do. I returned 2 hours later and still not ready. Waited another hour and he said they were ready. I brought them home and the order was one shirt short. I have talked to him several times and he was going to mail it out to me. A week later have not received it. I would NEVER do business with this company again. You have been warned. He makes promises he cannot keep
