Joe Ross, DBA R and R Roofing and Construction, ripped us off - he called nearly every day and came to visit several times until he got a down payment to build a garage for us. Then we did not hear from him again for 3 weeks until I went to his residence. He had told us the material would be delivered the week after he received the down payment - 2 1/2 months later we still have no material.
Joe says anything and everything to get money from you then has every excuse in the world on why he can't come through. He has promised several times to return our money in FULL but we have not seen a dime of it.
Joe did work approximately 3 days (over the course of 4 weeks) digging a trench for the footing - the longest day he put in was 4 hours and he never showed up before noon. The trench work was so poor that we just filled it in and started over.
I only hope that no one else makes the same mistake that we did. I wish I had come across a post like this when I looked up the company online.
