I filed with www.bbb.org, www.azroc.gov as well. Took my money thinking it was a good deal, required a RIDICULOUS 75% upfront deposit. So I had to pay 75% of entire windows/install and I have nothing. Signed a poorly written contract which supports nothing. Took forever to receieve the windows. Said he ordered it the day after the contract signing, which in fact he ordered actually a WEEK later from the manufacturer, and in two seperate orders. Lied about window order time, lead time, install time, when he picked it up, lied about windows and what he would do for us. Said being a small company he would do whatever it takes to make things right as he is a small company and only gets around by word of mouth and reputation. He stated and promised the world and said that he would put everything in writing as the larger companies and others could not. He said he would beat other pricing, but did not. He failed and REFUSED to put anything in writing on the day of contract signing and write up. Tried to rip me off with taxes as well. He is a great talker and salesman, promise you the world. Yet you will receive nothing, lies, scams, blow you off and not call back, pick up, fix the windows, install the windows anything.

He lied to the AZROC inspector as well. Randy thought he had this in the bag. I have so much evidence against this company that would ruin his company (as if it is not already) and his financial life. He screws his own step nephew and brother in law. and they as well screw him and lie. Anyone around Randy and involved with him and his wife's company is a rip off and a liar.
