RAC ACCEPTANCE NOW Rent-A-Center Breach of Contract changing due dates twice Plano Texas

 RAC has changed our contract twice since we signed the contract with them. They illegally changed our contract twice. They have charged us late fees when we haven't been late, they have reported derogatory credit to the credit bureaus when we haven't been late, they have called our family members trying to locate us which is very embarrassing. We have served them by certified mail to ask for this to be settled in a timely manner. We are hoping to hear from their legal Dept soon and that they are willing to get this settled without further legal action. This has been going on for 14 mths. They only show 12 of the 14 payments on the contract and we have not missed a payment. there is one payment due to the employee trying to do some shading work that has not been posted to the contract it was posted under other charges. This has been a mess and we want released from the contract and all money refunded.
