I was recenly another vicitm of this fraud and thief. She scams people the same way. She falsely advertises merchandise that she doesn't have; handbags, jewelry and designer clothing. Once she takes the payment, she makes numerous excuses about delays in shipment and even promises a refund. She promises to take care of things only to feed you more and more lies. She either won't refund your money or will send you a fake refund payment.
She is always on the run, moving and changing her information. She goes by severl names or aliases as referenced above. She is currently on probation. Everything she says is a lie. I have contacted several Orange County law enforcement agencies. This is her phone number and as of November 2007, this is her current address. She will probably move again soon. She has a young daughter who is also a victim in all of this. She brazenly laughs at her vicitms thinking she will never get caught and doesn't care about the example she sets for her child.
If you have been a victim, you must file a report with the FBI site known as "The Internet Crime Complaint Center". The report will be sent to one of the investigators who is currently building a case against her. You may contact the computerized crime office of the Orange County Sherrif's Department. Please take a few minutes to file a report so this thief can be arrested and put away.

I am sorry to hear you are another victim. The address you posted for her is no longer good. She has moved a few times since that address. That is her current number though. I know Rachael and she has 2 kids, not just a daughter but a son too. Anyone who has been ripped off can contact Detective Fred Thompson of the Orange County Sheriff's department. Rachael is on probation for grand theft that occurred in 2004 before her internet scams began to pop up. If anyone has been affected by her it is a felony to commit wire fraud and commit crimes over the internet. The only way to help yourself is to report the crimes to the proper places. Thank you for contacting the people you did. I hope one day this will all come to an end.
