Some things never change. Rachel Florio claims she is a nice person. If you call a person that open and close stores and dont pay their bills a nice person, then I guess thats what she is. It's 3 years since the last ripoff report that she ripped people off with her store, Lucky Finds. She sure has lucky finds. She find schmucks like me to send her merchandise and then she screws them and doesnt pay for it. She said her lawyers tell her she doesnt have to pay her bills. Great lawyers she finds. Now she opens up a store called The Goody Shop, and goody for her. She doesnt pay those bills either. I hope someday people catch up with her business practices.
