The owner of this company, Tom Czaban, was hired to video our wedding reception on June 10, 2011.
A few days prior to our wedding, he cancelled. At this late date, where can you get a videographer? Finally, he agreed to have one of his other videographers do the wedding. Tom Czaban was paid in full for his companies services.
In July 2011, he notified us stating that the video looked great and it was just about completed. On November 27, 2011, he stated that our wedding video would be mailed out to us on November 28, 2011. It is now February 2012 and we still do not have our wedding video.
We have made over 3 dozen phone calls to Mr. Czaban and he refuses to return our calls or emails. We have left messages asking for our wedding video or our money back and still no reponse from this coward.
Not only is Mr. Tom Czaban unprofessional...he is a THIEF!!!!!
