Do not take your car to this place. They are complete con artists and totally screwed up my car. I spent $770 at this place, and my car is running worse than before.
They deliberately changed an expensive part that is impossible to tell, once taken out, if there was something wrong with it. They told me I had four other things wrong with the car and told me not to pay anyone else to diagnose the problems on the computer, since they had already done it.
This immediately made me suspicious, so I took the car somewhere else, and the wires to connect to the computer had been bent so that they could not read it. Once the new mechanic fixed that, they told me that the problems the people at Radi's had described to me were completely inaccurate and that he was definitely just trying to get extra money out of me. I took it for another opinion the next day, and they told me the same thing.
They have been totally uncooperative in dealing with this situation.

Nonsense, you should appologize

I got to know them because my car broke down several times and they held the store open for me, after closing time, to help me out.
Later, I helped them with some paperwork as a favor and return of their kindness and extreme well service they treated me with.
I got to learn how they customers came back, over and over again because they were treated well.
At the time I was there (2006) Radis Mechanic Services also got a column in a trendy magazine were customers were appealed to use Radis if they didn't want to be ripped off. You'll be treated with extra service and you are always being shown what parts that has been replaced in your car. You are being explained well what needs to be done with the car and the costs of the expenses.
The fact that, there is a WOMAN who is the manager, makes the shop more consumer friendly. It appeals to all the females out there who don't understand anything about cars. Suddenly, it's not so frightened anymore to go to a car shop to fix your car.
I strongly, advice you to take the complaint that has been reported as an individual rage that sadly pours over an innocent and decent couple who has run the shop well for 25 years. They don't deserve to be here at Ripoff at all.
