I was referred to this company by Royal Maid Cleaning Service (another debacle). The representative/franchise owner, Mike Miller, contacted me and we set up a time for their company to come out to a residence I was vacating to clean the carpets and vinyl tile floors.

They arrived at the scheduled date and time, and proceeded to vacuum the carpets. I paid no attention because I was busy doing other things. I paid the agreed-upon $325, and they left.

When I returned to the premises, I discovered that the floors had not been cleaned at all, and the carpets looked and smelled no differently than before they arrived.

I called Mike several times after he cashed my check, but was greeted with silence. I then called via another phone, and he picked up right away. He agreed to go back out to the property to deodorize the carpet. The property manager said he kept his appointment and supposedly deodorized the carpet, but said he would have to reschedule to re-clean.

That was the last we heard from them.

I then cleaned the carpets and floors myself, and sent a letter to Mike via email indicating that if I did not receive a refund by Friday, April 30, I would be contacting Ripoff Report and proceeding with Small Claims Court.

His response was to mail me a $10 off coupon for my next cleaning service, and nothing else.

We believe in providing quality service in a timely manner and we communicate honestly and openly with all of our customers.

In regards to this complaint,  this homeowner was at this location from beginning to end.  We started by walking with the customer from room to room pointing out anything we thought might be problematic during the cleaning process. The rugs were far from being maintained.  We started by vacuuming yes,  secondly we removed the nails that held down the area rugs. As we were cleaning the carpets, our customer was also going room to room scraping the spary paint that totally covered the windows.  She allowed the painting scrapings to hit the floor, even in the rooms were we had already cleaned.  In the end,  we walked with her from room to room, she was tickled pink, loved us.  She asked if we would clean the house she was about to rent,  of course, we answered.  I was never informed of any unhappiness with the job until the property management company wanted to keep her deposit due to the condition of the house.  Which was not soley due the carpet. But the condition of the home overall.  I did go out and redeodorize the caprets,  a reclean was not even discussed.  Our technicians are all certified  by the institute of inspection cleaning and restoration certification.  Our cleaning method is as followed,  as it was for this customer.

1. Vaccuum, 2.  pretreat(cleaning products), 3. gandi groom(tool used to agitate carpet fibers, allows cleaning products to reach entire fiber rather than just the tips), 4.dwell time(allows products to work properly) 5.  hotwater extraction (steam) using an all fiber rinse to remove cleaning products.

This leaves the carpets clean and smelling fresh.

We are all about customer service and following up with our customers,  this is how we remain in business.  Any problems that arise we try to resolve quickly.  She said i mailed her a coupon, although postage is not required when it is exchanged hand to hand like this one was.  I did not know of anything regarding rip off report, I did a google search and was dismayed to find this blemish on our record and my name. The only communication I had with the property management company was the day i went to redeodorize, and when they called me in regards to writing a letter for them about the state and condition of the home in question. The property management company was mortified,  because they had replaced the carpet and painted the entire inside of the home before this renter rented this home.  If you are a potential customer feel free to give me a call at 813-727-7831,  I have no problems in discussing this job and protecting my name and integrity.
