Ramada Plaza Imperial Majesty Cruise Line Vacations Lied where I was staying, about how many people I could add, didn't tell me timeshare was involved. Extra Charges such as Safe,parking,hotel tax,deposits,Florida sales Tax, Plantation,Ft Lauderdale Florida

To began with the company selling the trip tells you that it is a cruise line not Ramada. I was told at sign up that I would be staying in a resort on the "beach". I find out it's not even walking distance. I was told I could add up to nine people on my Cruise with only a 99.00 per person upgrade fee. I call to make reservation and I'm told only up to 4 and it is now 129.00 per person. I specifically ask was this a time share or did I have to do anything pertaining to timeshare..answer was no. Now that I am doing research I find out there is a minimun of 3 to 5 hours, I think not.

They told me that there would be food valtures at the hotel. I find out even if I book the allowed two more people with the upgrade they still will have to pay for their food. Also called the hotel and they told me that the valtures will not cover the taxes or gaurity at each meal. I find they want to charge me for a safe weither I use it or not. Charge for an $8 a day sur charge $11 a day resort fee. I have looked over all my paperwork and no where does it mention any of these extra charges. Don't know if there are more? That is fraud, from where I am staying to the charges.

This was suppose to be a gift for my daughters Senior Graduation and my other two children and theirs spouse. Now I have a trip that is not even walking distance to the water. I can't get them all on the ship together. I have called for a refund and they laughted at me and said no way told them my next step and they said good luck,very rude and hung up on me. I have searched the internet since and I am sick. I do not have a lot of money it has taken me since last Sept. just to pay for this trip. Can you please help me get my money back?
