As of February 23rd, 2011 and suit againt Ranger Rogers, http://www.modelmayhem.com/130639 in the sum amount of $1500.00 has been filed for my client Vanessa English a model.
Mrs. English shot with Randy Roges under the agreement of a trade for print shoot in which he would trade her all pictures from the shoot in order to build there portfolios.
During the shoot my client Mrs English was extremly cold and not feeling well due to her parents being passed away from a car accident 3 weeks prior.  After 2 hours of shooting and getting over 1000 pictures the shoot ended. 
During the shoot however, Randy Rogers was extremely rude to my client due to her illness.  Now Randy Rogers is refusing to give my client any of the pictures from the shoot.  Do date he has only emailed 4 pictures which all of she had her eyes closed.  It is clear he purposley did not send the satisfactory pictures from the shoot.
I have also compliled a list of 4 other models that have had bad experiences with him as well all at Malibu beach during shoots this past year.
Randy Rogers had a history of anger, stress, anxiety, being hard headed and violent, there is also a pending Fraud claim against him as well.

My client Vanessa English is seeking a sum of $1500.00 for the stress and pain Randy Rogers has caused her.
We can agree to drop the claim if all pictures are recieved in HIGH RESOLUTION and ALL pictures are on the CD by March 1st.
