Randy Travis Fox 5 News I-Team Slanderous remarks- false information based on their lies- Rowell Georgia

Randy refused to hear the truth so that he could run a story to help his failing ratings. Had no regard for outcome of their personal and business.
refused to collect the actual facts for his story. If he was Pinocchio his nose would be longer than the unemployment line he creates for his slanderous stories.

Randy Travis with Fox 5 news failed to point out the following information:
In regards to Home Stagers of Georgia

1)That the property was staged and presentable during the home managers stay. Click the link to see actual photos Randy failed to provide on the news reports. www.homestagersga.com

2)That the seller violated the home managers rights by showing up to the property unannounced. Georgia state law states that tenants have right to quite enjoyment and that the property owner must give a 24 hour notice before coming onto the property.

3)Randy Travis only showed the property condition after the home manager vacated the property, not during her stay. Once a home manager vacates a property they are no longer responsible for the lawn or condition of the property.

4) Home Stagers of Georgia was never provided with tangible proof of the allegations towards the home manager (Patricia Pratt) at any time during her management.

5) The seller and Randy Travis made no mention of the master bathroom painted by Home Stagers of Georgia at no cost to the home owner to help enhance the sale of her home. (Please see provided photos of before and after shots)

6) Randy Travis made no mention that only 2 hours into the home managers move-in Susan Panvini (seller) stated to me that she wanted her to move out and gave no reason for her decision. Her signed contract clearly states that a 60 day notice must be given.

7) Randy Travis made no mention that Susan Panvini ( seller) has a legal right to file an eviction and was the first to do so, but then failed to show up for the hearing so the court dismissed the case. This was the real reason why it took so long to get the home manager removed from the property.

8) Randy Travis also failed to mention that Home Stagers of Georgia made several contacts to Susan Panvini to address her concerns based on the signed contract. Susan refused to provide us with a written list of concerns. Home Stagers of Georgia didn't hear about the allegations that the seller was concerned about until we received a call from Randy Travis.

9) Randy Travis failed to mention that our background check found no such evidence of this allegation. Randy Travis refused to provide us with any actual proof. We could not take the legal steps in removing the Home Manager (Patricia Pratt) from the home based on hearsay.
