SMYTHE GROUP SUNSET WEST INTERNATIONAL Because they do allegedly bad business practices they have to keep changing the name of the company, the address of the company, the telephone numbers of the company, and the fax numbers of the company. Amongst the bad business practices are for them to write checks to the clients for deposits on the sale of memorabilia, and for the check to be dishonored for insufficient funds. When clients buy merchandise, they often do not get the merchandise delivered to them. If is difficult to get a refund from the company. The company agents trick clients by asking them to let the company hold the items so that they can be placed into future auctions or for sale to another buyer. What actually happens, is that the company changes its name, address, and telephone numbers, and keeps the pieces. This has happened to many people.
