This company called Rapidsoft Systems Inc is a good example of companies who try to exploit the employees.
they underpay the employees give no additional employee benefits cut your salary every time you are on a leave they make false promises about their training program Most importantly they even stop the payments of employees who
go on a long leave. I have not come across such a cheap company. Rapidsoft Systems Inc saga doesnt end here. When you join this company, you feel as if you have landed up in hell. The company is based in E-12/2, Sector 1, Noida. This
company is operating in the Mobile application domain but dont know anything about
mobile application.
They never completed any project on timeif you will give them project after two months they will send you 10 time high CR that is called change record. They dont have any office in USA or any where only they have noida office. They work from home in USA.
The director of this company is Brijesh Kumar who is the master mind behind all the exploitation going on there. There is another female called Soina Sharma, who has become a team lead not because of her merits but because
of the fact that she had a battering and etc. She misbehaves with employees and treats them like piece of s**t. Beware of this wild women and this Inc company --even they dont know meaning of INC. If you get any interview call from
the company please ignore it. These companies deserve to be punished as they try to make CASH by exploiting its employees

A Very Good Company Maligned by The Competitor

I have used the above company in a number of projects for the last five years and still do. This is a very professional company. The above comments have been posted by a sales person of competitor to malign the company and to unfairly affect the business relationships of the company. I know by direct experience that the company has a very strong, very professional and talented management team. I couldn't be happier while working with them.
I am told that the individual who posted the above with malicious intent is an unethical sales person, with a criminal background working for a competitor. This individual, named Umesh Pande, is wanted by Delhi Police for property theft and other similar charges. He shall soon be in jail.
