RCN CHICAGO THE BIG RIP OFF ATTEMPT! CHICAGO Illinois

RCN claims that I owe them money for 2004.

When asked for an invoice of some sort either through e-mail or paper they talked there way around it or at least tried. They eventually sent me Christine Hower of Allenton PA private information paper invoice.

E-mails have been sent saying that proves so, but they didnt contain anything.

I went on and paid the disputed amount of $120.00

I was called a week later by customer service inquiring the amount said due.

I told them I was away from home It was paid a week before and that I didn't have the receipt with me, but as soon as I got home I will call them. My internet was disconnected and I was charged a $10 reconnection fee.

After a week of disputing and a call the City of Chicago Cable Commission.

The amount they said I owed and was refunded.

A seven day head ach and a bunch of rude unprofessional customer service people.
