I as so many others received that winning letter from Readers Digest. I won $117,052.00 and a check enclosed for $3,967.00 and all I had to do was call a number to activate the check before I deposited it. I knew from the get go this was no good, seemings that I have 20 years banking experience and was well aware of these kind of scams. Out of curiousity I called the number from work, and did not have the letter with me so I could not give him my reference number. I ask if this was some sort of gimic and he said no mame this is not a gimic this is Readers Digest. The letter went as far as placing someone's picture, signed Ben Hainsworth Prize Disbursement.
This is just the first thing I am doing. I intend to make that call tomorrow and see what kind of information I can get from the other end of the phone. I can play like the rest. I have news for those out there that think they can lie, cheat and steal to get through life, you will be caught sooner or later and if I have anything to do with it, it will be sooner. I hope I will be able to add a little more info to this report.
