We hired RealManage FL property management company at year end 2011. At that time Anthony Flournoy, Tampa Vice-President, established a working relationship with our HOA Board and general operating guidelines.
Over time, the company's true personality came out. We learned from honest and discouraged employees of RealManage how ruthless and desperate the company really is and began to see signs of it. Work that was supposed to be done by RealManage wasn't getting done. We decided to terminate their service at year end 2012.
In March of 2011, a small group of homeowners that we have nick-named the "Noisy Minority", representing about 7% of our total membership got RealManage's attention. Since that time, RealManage has systematically worked with the Noisy Minority to destroy the credability of any Board member that opposes RealManage. Weaker Board members that want to be reelected have caved and joined RealManage. As of July 2012, RealManage is continuing to gain more control over the board and covertly supporting favored board members and homeowners for reelection.
What a nightmare. It doesn't seem possible that such craziness can be happening. Please be extremely careful of any companies that your HOA hires and be an active member in your community.

It seems as if RealManage is a bit defensive.
I'm wondering how they were able to know the Ripoff report appearred on the web. Could it be they have a web searcher program looking for negative comments about them?? And why would a company that is seen so positively by their customers need that?? Maybe they have had more dissatisfied customers than they will admit to??
This very typical of their business conduct.. THEY DENY EVERYTHING!!
I wonder if Real Manage wants to explain why their financial rating dropped so severly; by 200 points from year beginning 2012 to March of 2012. Was that because they have so many satisfied customers?? Or..maybe according to RealManage, their financial rating never dropped at all???

As Vice President of RealManage Florida I felt compelled to write a response to the matter listed on the Ripoff Report. RealManage is a professional Property Management company whose responsibilities are to all residents of the Associations that we manage. When we are retained, we are not hired without due diligence from the Boards and Committees who seek out our services. RealManage provides a comprehensive list of references which includes clients who have retained our services for years. These associations have valued our professional services and this is how we obtain and maintain contracts.
It is very clear that the resident writing the complaint has information stated inaccurately. He or she states that RealManage was hired at the end of 2011 but later references an issue with Noisy homeowners in March of 2011, prior to our supposed hire date. Additionally, Mr. Flournoy started employment with RealManage in August of 2011. Contracts signed by RealManage at the end of 2011 are still very pleased and have retained our services. No contracts signed during that time frame have terminated their services.
RealManage does not play favoritism with Board members or residents. It is customary in the industry of Property Management that boards change on a yearly basis. It would be to our detriment to be involved in such a non-professional activity and as professionals in the industry, we are expected to provide superior leadership to our clients.
