Reclinerland does not stand by lifetime warranty or guarantee when problem occurs Chehalis, Washington

purchased a couch and loveseat from recliner land and them both scotch guarded to "prevent stains and cigarette burns" had to have the cushions replaced 3 times on the third time I went for the heaviest foam they offered and had to pay 200$ over the $1700 originally paid then the plastic leg disks all broke numerous times and had to purchase furniture moving disks to not tear up my carpet, then when I called about stains and cigarette holes they denied the claim as it was not in 5 days so the time I called the store and told the "manager" that the spring on the love set broke and that I would not ever buy from them again he proceeded to inform me "since I would not be purchasing any more of their products that the wasn't going to do anything to repair the spring" which was under lifetime guarantee.
