this company i believe ,extracted the pure gold from my 12 and 14k as it weighted less than when i sent it had the same basic shape but a different texture,it was tested as 12 and 14 karat gold and left to bathe in 10 k testting solution overnight, before i shipped,after they said  it contained No gold ,i requested it be returned, after arrival i placed it in the exact 10 K solution, and it was devoured in less than 1 1/2 hours,the exact solution that it remained in for over 10 hours prior to shipment, there are several methods to extract pure gold 24K  from lesser gold,Mercury will do this with out changing its shape,it weighted 3.4 g less apon return,these actions are outragous and cannot be allowed !!!
