in 2017 my husband bought the plan and now after paying 3511.00 they wont ok work car has been in shop for almost a month now shop sent documents to them they say they didnt get so i scanned them and sent them after I got them for the shop now that wasn't good enough you say you will send a claim adjuster to the shop he comes tell the shop he got all the information he needs. then he emails me back to tell me the "will pay for the coolant pump but needs more diag in the oxygen sensor other than reading the codes as well as the transmission fault code for the speed sensor".Then he talks about moving it to another shop a BMW shop which makes no sense the tech at the shop is BMW certified. and we are still waiting.
