RED TAG CAMERA REDTAG CAMERA BAD BUSINESS FRAUD (REDTAG CAMERA) BROOKLYN NEW YORK

I purchased a PANASONIC GH5 from ebay.the seller bought the camera from REDTAG CAMERA the camera is still under manufacture warranty but they will not warranty the camera due to the fact that it is an out off country camera. The company claims these are new. Great! Here is the butt...they do not advertise these as gray market cameras (cameras that are to be sold outside of USA). When something happens and you go to PANASONIC USA for it to be repaired under warranty, They told that me they can not repair it under warranty or even look at it because the serial number shows the camera was not to be sold in the USA. Now I'm stuck with a worthless  ($2000) camera. I managed to contact REDTAG CAMERA they offer to fix it for $500 I disaggreed then they said if I pay them $200 they will fix it I need the camera to be fix so I paid it. I receive the camera back from REDTAG CAMERA at the end of JULY today August 29th I attempted to turn on the camera I got nothing the camera doesn't work again. This is WHY I'm writting this report. I would like to know if there's a way stores like REDTAG CAMERA can be band from selling to consumer..
