(((REDACTED))) - RomeVIPCasino.com - T.G. Services - Top Game Technology - Rip Off Scam Artists

I decided to try my luck with RomeVIPCasino.com so I downloaded the casino software and deposited $50.  This was on Dec 7th, 2013.

Immediately after payment, a guy named Jay contacted me via the software proggy's chat to confirm that payment was actually received.  Shortly after, I had accrued over $2,800 in earnings.

The day after signing up to RomeVIPCasino - I went early shopping for Xmas presents, and found that my credit card was over extended (which was strange).  So when speaking to the credit card company I found that RomeVIPCasino.com charged me $5,000 instead of $50 Again, I only agreed to deposit $50.

The additional bank descriptor on the credit card for this illegal transaction was WWG ONLINE.

So I went back to the game RomeVIPCasino.com and used the US telephone number listed on the site.

TOLL FREE: 1-888-260-5298

The girl who answered the phone for the casino didn't speak English well.  She said she's from Romania but then the line cut.  I have a Romanian friend so I asked him to conference in on the call.  When we re-connected, he told her in the Romanian language he was delivering a pizza and needed the office address.

She said Top Game was located at:

15A 21 Delea Noua (In the 3rd District Sector area of Bucharest, Romania)

After getting that address info for safe keeping to know who I'm talking to -  I later called back - and this time I spoke to a person named "John" who actually spoke good English.  John told me he's in the United States and not in Romania.  He said the phones we're controlled via VOIP which allows them to forward calls.

Anyway, John wasn't sure which casino platform I had registered for as he said TOP GAME TECHNOLOGIES ( topgametechnology.com/ ) has many games and platforms - and that he didn't have access to them all.  After explaining 3 times that I registered to RomeVIPCasino.com - he transfered me to his supervisor named (((REDACTED))) who he claimed was the man in charge of all games and accounting.

(((REDACTED))) introduced himself as the "head of operations" for both RomeVIPCasino and TOPGame and calmed me down.  He confirmed that my account should have only been charged $50 and that he would fix it.  This call took place on Dec 8th which was the day after I signed up for the site.  I should have known the $2,800 earnings we're to good to be real.

(((REDACTED))) asked me to sign up at betsincome.com as he explained that for accounting purposes he would pay me via that website.  The Bestincome is some affiliate program which obviously does not apply to me.

I clearly asked (((REDACTED))) to pay back to my credit card card company as I need the money - especially for the Xmas holiday shopping.   (((REDACTED))) said that because he does casino online processing, it's frowned upon by Visa and Mastercard when he makes those type of chargebacks, so he prefers to pay me the $5,000 + $2,800 I earned via RomeVIPCasino directly via one of his affiliate websites called Betsincome.com - as he claimed payments of this amount would appear more normal to the credit card companies to come from this site.  (((REDACTED))) also promised to throw in a $500 "reward" to compensate for my headaches and upgrade my casino account to better winning odd payouts.

Long story short, this fiasco began December 7th and today we're at Dec 29th, after Xmas.  Not one penny was returned.  What a bad way to end this year.

Forget the $50 I deposited, and forget the $2,800 that I supposeably earned via RomeVIPCasino.com as  (((REDACTED))) and his RomeVIPCasino / Top Game Technology stole $5,000 USD from me and RUINED MY entire CHRISTMAS!
For weeks I've been begging (((REDACTED))) to handle this.  This is well planned out.  The site makes you think you win big money while the operators rip off your credit card and then buy time knowing that your getting more and more upset.

I told him how bad he had hurt me and my family - and seeing how upset I was - (((REDACTED))) finally threatened me by saying "Stop calling or I'll start calling your wife".   At that point, I realized I'm being extorted.

I contacted my credit card company who told me that the processing was done via a company called T.G. Services.  I told (((REDACTED))) that I'd sue him and he laughed and told me to run to Panama cause that is where he's supposably registered.

Not only did I not have money to buy my wife and 2 kids presents for Xmas, but I also don't have money to pay rent and food and its snowing which means I dont know how I will pay the electricity.

AUTHOR: Rick - ()

POSTED: Friday, August 01, 2014

I am the author of this report. I hereby state and confirm that my entire report is a complete fabrication. The company mentioned in my report does exist, however I have used makeup names and stories trying to cause damage and get attention.

I only made up this report as a matter of personal revenge. I apologize for misleading the readers and trying to cause damage for no good reason. My personal revenge was based on a misunderstanding that was cleared. I therefore feel that removing this report is the right thing to do.

I informed Ripoff that my report is completely fake and explained that I only posted this fake report for personal revenge. I have been asking Ripoff several times to allow me to remove this post which is not based on true facts. To my sincere disappointment, Ripoff decided not to allow me to remove this post.
