Redstone Law Group Keep getting the run-around. Leave voice mail messages and emails but they don't respond. Jacksonville Florida

I retained Redstone Law Group for assistance in my loan modification close to two months ago. I spoke with the case manager about 5 days ago. My mortgage company (ocwen) offered a modification in which they raised my monthly payment instead of lowering it. I thought this was ridiculouse because it defeats the whole purpose of why I'm getting a loan modification in the first place. When I spoke with the case manager he simply explained the reason's why the lender was offering me this deal.

It had to do with my debt to income ratio. I told him he needed to take another look at my expenses versus my debts. He said he would call me back within a half an hour but he never did. He has not answered any of my emails or voice mail messages since.  I do not want to lose my home. I have lost confidence Redstone Law Group due to their lack of communication with me.
