My partner and I reach out to Ahmad on a flip property that we have and he introduced himself as a full service contractor. Ahmad assured us that he can give quaility service at reasonable prices. He tried him out with the framing and looks like it was going well so we decided to give him additional projects. My partner paid him based on agreements but being to notice that he started making false promises. In short, Ahmad was paid over 12k in labor and we never got a finish product but continue to ask for money. He has stolen material out of the home and now under investigestioin by the police. This guy is not a Contractor but rather a Hustler that says he goes remodel work but will run off with your money.
