Jared Coad is the owner of Refined Solar. I signed a contract with him in September 2009 to install a solar electric system on my house. I paid him $20,965 as a down payment. He has ripped off several other customers that I know of. The company he said was going to do the install for him, has told me that they do not do business with him because he has ripped them off.
