My name is Pete ****. I am a licensed plumbing contractor, South Mountain Plumbing. I initially installed several solar hot water systems for Refined Solar. Thought they were on up & up. Wrong... I have attempted to serve Jared Coad with legal papers for last month. both small claims & civil.
His doors remain locked even when his car is out there. He likes to try to intimidate people verbally. He is harsh, rude & crude. He signed other peoples names on construction documents and notarized them in his office, could not prepare simple documents but rather shuffled them and blamed the utility companies while he spent customer's money on his
toys.

Like so many fly by night wanna be's, Mr Coad spend lavishly other peoples money and when it was gone he whined, called me names, even text messaged derogatory remarks.
Jared Coad, you have my name & number, be a man for the first time in your life - pay your debts.
