This company manufactures and sells electronic cigarettes. Their products are definitely pricey compared to what you can buy in shops. In defense of the higher prices, they claim that their products are of superior quality. They have a free trial program which follows strict rules and if a person decides they don't want to keep the product they can return it for a refund. Often companies with these tactics end up making sales because the customers fail to follow the rules or keep the deadlines. If you are a very busy person or inattentive to details you should probably try cheaper electronic cigarettes rather than risk paying a lot for a product you won't use.

I can say from my personal experience with this company that they are perfectly reputable and treated me better than I even deserved. I missed a deadline (they count "one" on the day you order, not 24 hours later) but they still gave me a full refund, even though it's in the contract that they can deduct a 20% stocking fee.

As for their claim to quality, that also appears to be true.  They offer a myriad of flavors, including fresh ideas such as "cappuccino", and they also offer different levels of nicotine content.  Much better than anything the tobacconist has.
Again, it's sad that some companies need to build their clientele through people who default on keeping deadlines, but on the other hand, when you give them your electronic signature you are affirming that you read the terms and conditions, which are available to you to review or print.

So my bottom line is, QUIT YOUR BITCHIN', people. If you want to try the product, it's not scott-free. It involves your keeping track of how long you've had it, making a phone call to get an RMA number (their customer service is easily available, not like some other companies I've tried) and packing and shipping it back in time.  If you can't trust yourself on that, go to a store and spend $30 on a cheaper product.
