Regal advertises a free starter kit (http://regalecigsfreetrial.com). I don't even smoke, but was curious what electronic cigarettes are. The kit is not free. They charge you $4.95 for shipping but that is only so they can capture your credit card information. They put in their fine print that if the "free" starter kit is not returned in 14 days you will be charged $119.

Further in the fine print is your agreement to continue receiving overpriced refills unless you cancel. Once you discover they are doing this they will only refund the price of the refills, not the original starter kit and then only 80% and you have to pay for return shipping.

Their excuse is that it states clearly what the terms are and you should have read the terms. Who reads the terms for a free gift? This company uses unethical and deceptive business practices designed to trap unsuspecting and trusting people.
