lease with this company, besides all the extra charges that they asked us to
pay during this one year, at the end of the lease they charge us with some new
hidden fee such:
- Wear and Tear $350
- Business Continuation $705.60
- Business Continuity Service $1,105
- Office Restoration Service $403 (Just for a tiny hole that
we made to hang our poster)
They make you pay that bu credit card or deduct it from your
deposit! (They require 2 month rent fees as security deposit at the time of
your contract!)
In addition, most of the staffs working there are not
friendly and giving you bad attitude!
PLEASE DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!
