This guy gets you to sign up for a "free trial membership" on his website and promises to cancel your membership before you're charged $94.28. All you have to do is contact him through his website and someone will get back to you before the end of the next business day.
I have contacted them approximately 6 times over several days and have yet to hear back. I also call the 888 number that is listed here and the first time, I received a recorded message telling me to leave my name, number, etc and someone would get back to me by the end of the next business day. I still haven't received a phone call.
He also charged $4.82 on my bank card with the promise to send materials within 7 days. I still haven't received them and it's been approximately two and a half weeks.
When I found him on LinkedIn and contacted him there, not only did I not hear back, when I went back to contact him again, he was no longer "accepting in mail or contacts."
His website has suddenly come up missing.
He also used pictures and bios of reputable real estate trainers on his website, as if he knew the people personally and had partnered with them regularly.
If you know what's good for you don't do business with this thief, Dan Schemerhorn, in anything, not just real estate training.
